1. SMS Messaging Program

RISE & SHINE RETREATS LLC offers an SMS messaging program that may send informational, transactional, and/or marketing messages, depending on which options you selected when opting in.

You may opt in by:

Selecting the SMS consent checkbox on our inquiry or booking form, or

Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to +1 207-209-3272. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property. Please review the individual property listing for the applicable cancellation terms.

If there is a change in guests, RISE & SHINE RETREATS LLC must be notified in advance. Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled check-in date will still be charged according to their reservation terms.

3. Rates & Reservations

Rates are listed per night based on standard occupancy and are subject to applicable local and state taxes. Availability and pricing for specific dates can be viewed through the “Book Now” option.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: Begins at 5:00 PM, unless prior arrangements are approved

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Before arrival, guests will receive electronic door lock access codes, parking instructions, and property directions. If assistance is required during check-in, please contact us.

5. Smoke-Free Homes

All RISE & SHINE RETREATS LLC properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside the home is prohibited.

A $750 cleaning and remediation fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside the property.

6. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Our homes are family-friendly, and quiet hours are strictly observed.

Violations may result in a $100 fine per incident.

7. Guest Responsibility & Damages

Guests are responsible for the condition of the property during their stay. While normal accidents can occur, guests will be financially responsible for damages caused by gross negligence, misuse, or violation of house rules.

8. Alcohol Policy

Guests are expected to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding alcohol consumption. Excessive noise, unsafe behavior, or property damage related to alcohol misuse may result in fines, eviction, or additional charges.

9. Pets & Service Animals

Our homes are pet-free properties. Service animals are accepted under the following conditions:

Guests must disclose service animals at the time of booking

Service animals must not be left unattended inside the property

Animals must remain leashed while on porches and exterior areas

10. Limitation of Liability

RISE & SHINE RETREATS LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal belongings during your stay, except where required by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.

12. Age Requirement
Participation in the RISE & SHINE RETREATS LLC SMS messaging program is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18.
